Agreement

These terms govern your use of Mailsstone (the "Service"), the job-application tracker at mailsstone.app. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What Mailsstone does

Mailsstone gives you a private forwarding address, parses the job-search email you send to it, and organizes the results into a board, inbox, and interview timeline. Our Privacy Policy describes how that data is handled.

Your account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• forward or upload mail you don't have the right to share;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm others;
• probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell or repackage the Service without our permission.

Your content

The email you forward and the data extracted from it remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process (including with the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy), and display that content back to you — that's it. We claim no other rights to it.

Automated parsing — check what matters

Mailsstone uses AI to read your mail, and AI makes mistakes: a stage can be misfiled, a company misread, an interview time parsed wrong. The board is a convenience, not a source of truth — always confirm important details like interview times and deadlines against the original email. We're not responsible for missed interviews, deadlines, or opportunities resulting from parsing errors.

Availability & changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We'll be thoughtful about it, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailsstone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost opportunities, lost data, or lost profits — arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You can stop using Mailsstone at any time; deleting your profiles (or asking us to delete your account) removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
